Mite Skills Camp (2018 & 2019 Birth Years)

The Mite Skills Camp is designed to build a strong foundation for young hockey players through fun, fast-paced, and age-appropriate skill development. The focus is on skating, puck control, and confidence — all taught in an energetic environment that keeps players engaged and excited to learn.

Camp Details

• Dates: May 12th, 13th & 14th
• Age Group: 2018 & 2019 birth years
• Cost: $125 per skater
• Skaters: Limited to 24 skaters
• Goalies: Limited to 4 goalies
• Ice Time: 3 total hours of on-ice skill & skating development

Skill Focus Areas

• Forward skating fundamentals (stride, balance, knee bend)
• Starting, stopping, and turning
• Basic edge control and agility
• Puck control and stickhandling fundamentals
• Shooting technique (wrist shots & quick release)
• Passing and receiving basics
• Introduction to small-area games

On-Ice Structure

• High-tempo, station-based practices
• Short, focused drills designed for mite attention spans
• Small-area games that encourage creativity and puck touches
• Positive coaching and constant feedback

Goalie Development

• Dedicated reps for mite-age goaltenders from 3E Goaltending
• Focus on stance, movement, and fun fundamentals
• Age-appropriate instruction emphasizing confidence and positioning
